An Important Message
Our hearts go out to all those impacted by Hurricane Ian in Florida and other southeastern states. As always, the well-being of our policyholders, their families, and the communities they serve remain our top priority. We are assessing the needs of our policyholders and diligently working with regulators to explore every option to assist those in affected areas in any way we can.
In the storm's aftermath and the devastation it left behind, we are taking proactive steps to make sure we’re providing our policyholders directly impacted by the hurricane with as much support as we can during this time of need.
For our policyholders directly impacted by the hurricane in Florida and South Carolina, we are working to extend the standard state mandated 60-Day grace period for premium payments to 90-Days to allow additional time to renew insurance policies while still maintaining coverage to ensure no policies are affected in the coming weeks and months.
